Why Use Carbon Fiber Toe?

Carbon fiber in sports products mainly do tennis racket, fishing rod, badminton racket, golf club, and some bow and arrow, its biggest advantage is, low density, high strength, and super flexible! The disadvantage is that the price is expensive!

Now there are some manufacturers to use carbon fiber in the midsole of shoes to enhance the strength of shoes, such as some hiking boots, outdoor shoes! There are also some carbon fiber made into the carbon fiber toe of the shoe, so as to increase the strength of the head of the shoe, and not as heavy as the steel toe. I personally feel that this does not fully reflect the performance of carbon fiber material! Only when it is made into the sole part of the shoe, can the performance of carbon fiber material be reflected!

Most of the outsoles of sports shoes are made of EVA + rubber sheet or air cushion structure, comfortable to wear, these materials can shock absorption, but can not provide fast rebound, air cushion structure of the shoes are also relatively bulky, because they can not quickly restore energy, so these shoes are not going to improve sports performance!

The idea of applying carbon fiber to the sole of the shoe comes with badminton, carbon fiber made badminton racket can make the ball faster, hit more powerful, better shock absorption, I wonder if the carbon fiber can be applied to the sole of the shoe to increase the bounce ability as a way to improve performance? Because of the strength and light weight of carbon fiber, these shoes can be long-distance running shoes, basketball shoes (I also like basketball, dreaming that I can dunk, but unfortunately, the height of the bounce is not enough)!

Some people may say that carbon fiber is as hard as steel! Although carbon fiber is hard, but we can make all kinds of shapes, such as wavy, arch, etc.! Although carbon fiber is hard, we can make it into various shapes, such as waves, arches, etc. Similar to steel, although it is hard, we can make it into soft springs, into elastic steel plates!

Sports car damping are very hard, so as to improve the road, reduce energy loss, so as to improve the performance of the car, I think if a pair of very light, very good elasticity, every time you run can step on the energy to quickly feedback back to the bottom of the foot, even if it improves the shoe 1% feedback force, when running long distance will greatly improve people's sports performance!
